Over the years I have had the pleasure of writing in many forms for a variety of clients. From sports articles to creative fiction. Below are a few examples.
Copy Writing / Copyediting - While working at CBIZ in Maryland I was tasked with updating and adding to the Office Operation Manual for the IT Department. This was a 300+ page document that had to be updated to make sure the company's IT department was Sarbanes-Oxley compliant. In addition, I wrote an additional 100+ pages for this document.
Newsletters - While working at CBIZ from 11/2006 - 4/2008, I had the wonderful privilege of being one of 12 writers for the company's newsletter.
Technical Writing - While at Spherix (now InfoSpherix) from 5/2003 to 11/2006, I was assigned the job of writing rules and procedures for such things as what to do in the event of a network and/or web application outages in addition to email do's and don't's. These documents included not only what to do, but also specified what administrators to contact and in what manner to follow up.
Articles - I wrote close to a dozen articles for buffalobillsinsider.com writing under the pen name Frank Styles, from the 3rd quarter of '01 up through the first quarter of '03. Additionally, I wrote a half dozen articles for sportingnews.com from '03-'05.
Web Writing - I have designed numerous websites and for many of these my job included fine-tuning what someone else had already written. There has also been other jobs where I took background information that I was provided and wrote the content for either a page or entire sites. One example is the website of Scarpelli Funeral Homes. I was hired to write the content for their site, including the About Us page.
